David served his apprenticeship as an antique restorer and for the last 25 years has built a worldwide reputation working with the most discerning and demanding clients, offering the finest museum-quality furniture.

He has created bespoke furniture for royal palaces and some of the world's finest hotels, such as the Dorchester - London, the Carlyle - New York, the George V - Paris and many Ritz Carlton properties. David Salmon furniture can also be found in some of the world's most prestigious organisations including the US Supreme Court.

It is this experience and these skills which David has invested in making the finest Contract furniture to the client's own specification. David is a Director of the British Furniture Manufacturer's Association as well as the British Furniture Confederation. He is also a member of the British Contract Furniture Association, a Liveryman and Member of the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers.
